Exchange Policy
Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
To initiate a request, please contact us via WhatsApp at +91 8527877846.
Once approved, we will arrange a pickup.
After the product is collected, the replacement will be dispatched within 48 hours.
Please note that once an item has been exchanged, it cannot be exchanged or returned again.
Exchange Charges:
A nominal fee of ₹150 per article will be applicable.
Free Exchange (No Charges):
If you receive a wrong size or incorrect product, and report it within 3 days, the exchange will be processed at no additional cost.
In such cases, only exchange is allowed (returns are not applicable).
Return Policy
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

In these cases:

Customers may choose return or exchange.

All logistics charges (pickup and delivery) will be covered by us.
Quality Check (QC):
Once we receive the returned article, it will undergo a quality check (QC).
The return/exchange will be approved only if the product is in its original condition.
If the article does not pass QC, the same product will be shipped back to the customer.
Non-Acceptable Conditions:
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the product shows any signs of use, including:

Washed items

Presence of perfume or fragrance

Visible stains or marks

Any form of wear or usage
Mandatory Unboxing Proof
Customers must record a clear unboxing video at the time of delivery.
As orders are shipped via third-party delivery partners, this video is required for your security and proof.
The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened and the product inside.
Any issue (damage, defect, missing or incorrect item) will only be considered if supported by a valid unboxing video.
Without this video proof, no claims will be processed.
Delivery Disclaimer
Orders are shipped through third-party courier partners.
Any delays from the delivery partner are beyond our control, and we are not responsible for such delays.
However, we will actively assist and follow up on your request and place your order on priority support to ensure resolution as quickly as possible.
Proof Requirement
A clear unboxing video is mandatory for any return or exchange request.
The video must clearly show the package being opened and the product condition.

Packaging & Proof Instructions

Take clear photos of the package with the AWB number visible.

These are required for claims involving courier-related issues.
Non-Returnable Items
Products in light shades (such as white, off-white, etc.) are not eligible for return or exchange due to the risk of stains or damage after delivery.
Return Shipment Proof
While handing over the return parcel, record a clear video showing:

The packaging

The handover to the delivery partner
This ensures protection against issues like loss, damage, or mismatch during transit.
Order Processing & Cancellation
All prepaid orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours.
Due to limited production quantities, order cancellations are not allowed once placed.
Additional Exchange & Return Terms
We only offer exchange and return under the conditions mentioned above. Requests outside these conditions will not be accepted.
Exchange Rules:

Exchanges are strictly limited to size exchange only.

Product swapping is not allowed, except in rare and exceptional cases approved by our team.
Exceptional Cases (Product Swap):

If the selected product is priced higher, the customer must pay the difference.

If the selected product is priced lower, the remaining amount will be issued as store credit, which can be used on the next purchase.
We reserve the right to approve or decline any exchange request based on eligibility.

Important Notice Regarding Multiple Dispatched Orders
At Drip Studios, every order is carefully prepared and dispatched with premium packaging, branded inserts, quality checks, and dedicated shipping arrangements. These costs are incurred by us the moment an order is dispatched and cannot be recovered once the shipment is in transit.
If multiple orders are placed and no cancellation request is received through our official support channels before dispatch, all dispatched orders will be treated as confirmed.
In such cases, for any future order, exchange, refund, or store credit request, a shipping charge of ₹150 for each dispatched order, along with the applicable return shipping charges, will be recovered. These charges will be deducted from your refund or store credit, or collected during the exchange process.
We kindly request that any cancellation be communicated before dispatch to avoid these charges. Once an order has been dispatched, the packaging, handling, and logistics expenses have already been incurred and are therefore non-refundable.
